China's property crisis deepens with 87% value wipeout in developers' dollar bonds

First Rule in China --- NOTHING HAPPENS IN CHINA WITHOUT GOVERNMENT'S APPROVAL INCLUDING ANY CRISIS !

This so called property crisis is in fact DELIBERATE attempt by China to root out property speculation. This is having an impact on Billions of dollars invested in China by Foreigners via 3rd party funds. These funds are run by economic hitmen and Vultures of their respective countries and they rely on SPECULATIONS TO JACK-UP THE PROPERTY PRICES ! China is getting rid of them even if it means local property implodes.
so it’s crisis after crisis? why else would they need a crisis if there’s no previous crisis to fix?

.
I hope China's slowdown doesn't have much impact on global economies. Lsst time when USA went down in 2008, there was a huge global crisis, hopefully not this time.

In case u want to know how bad the chinese property crash is. Property are almost 1/3 of chinese GDP, >70% of household wealth in china are tied to property & this cause decrease in spending leading to deflation.
Eventually people will stop paying their mortgages, leading to default in banks and other housing finance platforms.

One of the main reason that Chinese stock market is not as large as Americas as a percentage of GDP!

The funnist thing in the world is Indians laughing about China's economy, a country being the home to one third of the global poor and ranking bottom low in world hunger index, the economy is just a fraction of China, has the shame to laugh at China.

Who would have thunk that pre-ordering house before it is build isn't such a good idea.

Imagine taking half a million dollar loan for 20 years timeframe for a house that is worth less than $200,000, while paying same interest rates. The epileptic frenzies of communist party have drained generational accumulated wealth of average upper middle class chinese down the gutter.

.
Most Chinese already own at least one house, China's house ownership rate is one of the highest in the world. most Chinese buy houses as an investment, to certain degree, a speculation. sooner or later this speculation activity should be fixed.

Am however curious, as to why their consumption is low (which is mentioned by most Western economists). For a country that has reached middle income, they should have very high internal consumption.
