It's a must and normal for military to Swear loyalty to President of The People's Republic of China (Mr. Xi Jinping) as Commander in Chief and Chairman of Central Military Commission (CMC).

In here Indonesia also, Military must swear their Loyalty to indonesian's President as their Commander in Chief.
In American shooting land also, us military must swear their loyalty to real Mr.Donald as their commander in chief.
