The Faw case is there with some stability, but many Chinese companies attempts are unsuccessful due to following reasons.
1- Perception of general public regarding quality/concerns.
2-Monopoly/Mafia of few big companies in Pakistan i.e Suzuki, Toyota.
3-Lack of Marketing, sale points and after sale services.
4-Wrong targeting/ non anticipation of real target market.
If any Chinese company wants sincerely to enter in Pak market they should first establish sale/service points first in major cities backed by massive media marketing. On other hand they should have tools to counter below Monopoly related challenges.
On other had instead of targeting upper class or commercial transport they should first target middle level income groups with provision of a vehicle better than Mehran in price range of 5-6 Lac.
First build your credibility at lower level then go for higher end.
