China’s Jinbei to build vehicle production plant in Pakistan

like flood of Chinese 70cc bikes (main culprits of daily accidents on Pakistani roads), another wave of Chinese product is about to hit.
Road Accident is due to Traffic Law Violation.
& for the record its govt fault.
if you can check many Pakistani companies tried to change design and adopt latest sporty look but failed.
Reason 1> whole family ride on single 70cc bike 2> women sitting position is not only unsafe but also not practical with modern bike design (Seat angled).
70cc is also difficult to control when loaded because its light and not chinese but also honda has same problem.

If ppl can afford to dish out 8000$ on shitty 1980s suzukis n closer to 30k $ on sedans... They surely can buy these..

But these wont sell.... they previous chinese vehicles introduced in Pak failed... despite cheaper prices due to these reasons:

Unreliable
Spare part issues
No resale

....

Heck even you Chinese dont buy Chinese vehicles.

Only Chinese vehicles that have seen some success in Pak is FAW Trucks... produced in Pak by ALHAJ Group.

Good luck competing with Japan and now :Korea n French now... (VW,Renault,Honda,Toyota,Hyundai,Suzukui).
No idea about cherry QQ quality but Spare parts & resale part is true.
Chinese car quality has improved. they are producing European standard cars at much cheaper rate. definately not all call are top standard but over all its much better then pakistan.

FAW V2 is also a success although with few shortcoming 1300cc(Mileage) & Manual transmission.

I think Chinese car companies really have to bring some new models here. They have a full range of models from high to low end, just a few examples of their 1,000 models (no kidding, here is a list 550 models, majority are Chinese brand, there are more not on this list: http://www.sohu.com/a/216329109_660888 )

To be con'ted

After 5 to 10 years, the global auto market will be dominated by Chinese brands, and Chinese brands will provide services to global customers.

In particular this one, the base model currently sold at MSRP 36,800 cny (~6.7 lakh pkr) here in China, if exported to Pakistan, with all the costs included such as taxes and the distributor's costs, price it within 9 lakh, can definitely sell. And localized the production could further lower the price:
And this one, currently sold at MSRP 49,999 cny (~9.19 lakh pkr) for the base model here (ABS+dual airbags), if sell within 13 lakh, will succeed for sure:

As you can see from above, Chinese car companies did a poor job in Pakistani market and overseas market in general due to their lack of incentives and motivation as our domestic market feed them too well. They have got everything to offer from the whole spectrum. The car scene in our closest ally should not be like this!
