What's new

China’s high-speed rail carries record 10 billion passengers

No big deal. Even our dated railways carries 8.2 b as per 2017 records.

Pathetic slum dog Indians never afford a ticket going abroad comparing their 30 mph no air condition shitty train to China’s 350 kmh high speed train

No wonder theses 2012 supa powa comes from?

Do these hsr trains use Chinese make bearings or MNC bearings for the high speeds ?

You need start begging on the street now, slum dogs.

It used domestic IGPT and Chinese guage and Chinese made bearing. 100% exportable by Chinese side with full IP property. That is why Chinese can negotiate with Malaysia and Thailand for the HSR project without third party participation.

Wasting time with these frogs in the well, dumb Indian slum dogs, they are mostly peasants and did not finish 6 grade most likely

Nope. They use mnc bearings. Chinese bearings are rated for max train speeds of 120 kmph.

Dont BS of things you know nothing. Fuxing hao everthing is made in China. You are just jealous and spread fake lies to satisfy your wounded ego.

Bearing is not world beater stuff. The most difficult part to make for HSR is IGBT. Tell me how many HSR IGBT has india made? Zero. I can assure you, there is only 2 world manufacturer for HSR IGBT. and one of them is in China.

I am from core engineering. No one manufactures everything because its not required. Economies of scale and profitablity are important.
I have written that China is way ahead of India, so no question of ego.

China is trying but no hsr train has Chinese bearings

lol.. Seriously, I dont know what u are trying to smoke? Do u know which component is most crucial for a HSR, its not cheap beairing, frame or whatever. It is this thing called. "IGBT" When Kawasaki transfer the HSR tech to China in the early 2012, there is only one component that China still need to import from Japan. Which is this IGBT which Japan thought China is not able to master in another 10 years time.

Look take a good look at this video. Not only we made our IGBT but its better than Japan one which resulted more faster and efficient ride. IGBT is also the most expensive part for a HSR. If you depend on foreign import. Your export HSR cant make much profit due to this component still needed to be import.

I dont know how much the bearing cost, but its insignificant. USAF F-22 fighter jet also used Chinese made magnet but not becos US cant made the magnet but becos outsourcing is much cheaper than self made.

For rolling stock bearings are a critical component.
For eg the high speed train trials in France and Japan at 500 to 600 kmph use these high speed bearings.
China has claimed capacity till 200 kmph but the chinese still use MNC bearings.
About your IGBT deflection, I have no comments.

LOL.. Do u know how Japan and France hit 500km to 600km for their train? They use Maglev train which elevated them to no contact with track that result no friction. Of cos, it can hit such high speed. And here we are talking about normal high speed trail and not Maglev. You seems to have confused between Maglev and normal high speed rail. Let me repeat, the world fastest operational high speed rail is China Fuxing Hao. And it has nothing to do with your so called bearing.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuxing_(train)

Ask yourself, Why Fuxing can easily hit 350km/h while Japan and French struggle to do so with normal conventional high speed rail? Maglev is fast but so as the cost to build the Maglev track which is many times compared to normal high speed rail.

Why are you so excited and so wrong?
China is doing well but u guys should control your unnecessary boasting.

"The world record for conventional wheeled passenger trains is held by France's specially tuned TGV (Train à Grande Vitesse). Reduced to three cars, it broke the world record in April 2007, reaching 574.8 km/h (357.2 mph) on a 140 km section of track.[1]"

I clearly wrote trials not operational. Even trains in trials require bearings.

Hi, if you want compare. You need to compare an orange to orange but an orange with apple? Maglev development is not that favorable due to its extreme high cost of the track not becos China dont have the capabilities to do so. China is not interested in breaking world record that will always remain a record and not able to commercialize. China always develop things that is practical. And what is your point of mentioning Maglev which is irrelevant to Fuxing Hao? Prove me French or Japan high speed rail can beat China first before we talk.

While I have something juicy for you regards to high performance bearing in China.

Where have I mentioned maglev?
The French train is wheeled not maglev.
I use bearings everyday and the whole world uses skf, fag, timken, ntn, nsk and a few European bearings. Even Chinese companies use the above for critical areas.

slum dogs, don't mistake china for your backward India.

China HSR 100% made in China, track or rolling stock, IGBT, frames, bearings.

lol.. Which u claim of French TGV is only an experimental train that just to show off for world record speed and not an operational train compare to Fuxing hao. Their parts are not lasting and is just meant for breaking record for that moment. As I say compare an orange to orange and not apple to orange. China could have made some train for world record but does it matter if it cannot make it into commercialize and make money?

Answer me, which high speed train in operation is the fastest in the world? I tell u its Fuxing hao.

Agreed. But this discussion was on whether fuxing has 100% Chinese made parts. I don't believe its necessary to make all the parts but their is a difference between having the capability and not making due to economics.
