China's Guangzhou ready for 16th Asian Games

Have the decency to respect the original poster's request to leave his thread. Trolling is not welcomed. Eventually, the Chinese side will fire back with pictures and articles from the CWG. That will derail the thread.

This thread is not about the Beijing Olympics. It is about the Guangzhou Asian Games. Please stay on topic. Thank you.

Are the Chinese fireworks going to be live this time? unlike the Olympics which were prerecorded

I was on the topic it was just a question I never expected Chinese members to get defensive on the question of fireworks and I do not care if they bring up Delhi games im from Mauritius!

Different from previous Asian Games, an Asian Games Town, instead of Asian Games Village, was built for this year's Guangzhou Asian Games and, of course, the Athletes Village was the most important part of the Asian Games Town.

Located in the north central area of the Asian Games Town, the Athletes Village covers an area of about 590,000 square meters and has a total of 49 apartment buildings, including 3,600 apartments and 9,272 rooms.

It is a highly-specialized, intensive and standardized living area and has three zones: the Public Zone, the Residential Zone and the International Zone. The Athletes' Village also provides shuttles and delegation vehicles for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, training and competitions.

just one word about Guangzhou-AWESOME

Meanwhile u dont need to throw mud on Delhi to show Guangzhou's success

If media's POV is something which is not the truth about Beijing,it is then also applied on Delhi, overestimated and overhyped

Meanwhile once again Guangzhou rocks:victory:
