The spokesman of the China Manned Space Engineering Project announced on June 30 that the "Tiangong I target aircraft to implement China's first space docking mission had passed the ex-factory evaluation, and was transferred to the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on June 29 to carry out the final stage of testing before implementing the mission.
The spokesman said that according to plan, China will launch the Tiangong I target aircraft and the Shenzhou VIII spacecraft respectively in the third and fourth quarter of this year to implement China's first space docking mission.
