You are right, manufacturing of sophisticated E&M products would involve industrial design, project management (PCM), system integration (SI), and global supply chain management (SCM).

Then they will come up with double standard verdict like B787 is made in USA and C919 cannot be claimed as Made in China becos it uses some foreign parts. This shows how they are in awe of rising China

System integration, SCM, are normal in industrial community, say by using Rheinmetall 120 mm gun doesn't make M1 Abrams anything less American, same goes for Mitsubishi sensors on Patriot Advanced Capability 2/3. It's alright bro, that only exposes their illiteracy, it's very common you know.
