China wants to establish diplomatic ties with Bhutan

China doesn't have the balls and any ways Brahmaputra and Indus provides water to 4% of India's population but to 60% of Bangladesh and 80% of Pakistan.
Cutting them off will harm Pakistan and Bangladesh more.

We don't have the ball, go ask your so call strategist Brahma Chellaney for if we have the ball or Not , you can surf the net to find out how Indians are frenzy and anger that we control India's fate, any slide move we're doing to Brahmaputra river, Indians were crying lamentably such as this video, we will have much fun to screw India in the future

Bhutan is a peaceful country let it stay so. No need to involve it in dirty asian politics. What is that china going to gain by having diplomatic embassy in bhutan? China seems to more interested in vitiating the atmosphere rather than any thing else.

If that's the case why don't you leave them alone, you 're so scare to lose the influence as the way Nepal recently gave the middle finger to India by cozying with China. What we will gain it's to have extra friend and offer Bhutan a China card as we offer to Nepal in case that India p1ss them off.

Diplomatic relation with Bhutan is just matter of time, India will never be able to over-shadow it

I am not sure if you will be able to set up diplomatic relations with Bhutan.

India will essentially do all in its power to stop that from happening.

Reason?

This:

Right now, Bhutan is essentially extended Indian territory, with Indian monopoly and Indian troops present there. Were it to step towards neutrality, India will have to start worrying about further vulnerability of that already vulnerable stretch of Siliguri Corridor.

In essence the thing is that for China it is one country on its border, but for India it is much more.

We are pretty much extremely willing to stop at nothing to have Bhutan as it is. We are ready to spend as much money, devote as much diplomatic strength, or even use coercive measures.

Nothing will stop China to have diplomatic relation with Bhutan, if India is behind the plot to sabotage our relation with Bhutan, you think China will sit idle? it's wiser for India no to make stupid move and let China to hurt India else where.
If India is sensitive about the chicken neck, China and India can settle the border issue on next round of negotiation and everyone will be happy.

Are you a Chinese strategist or think tank person?

Very few Chinese members would know either Brahma Chellaney, or the "chicken neck."

Are you seriously a Bangladeshi?

Weren't you people supposed to be grateful to India who fought for your independence?

Yes, we're grateful and passing the knowledge to Kashmir. I hope they find an ally in their struggle for independence the way we did.

China has Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal.

Bhutan is the final piece for China.

My friend, the regime in BD at the moment is one of the most loyal puppets of india. You need to study more about what has been going on in BD.

india is an empire not a country. it only wants to have vassal states around it. BD, Nepal, Bhutan, SL, Maldives are examples of this.

China has almost liberated Nepal. SL went back to be a vassal but they are coming back to China. Bhutan is a colony of india. Just like South Tibet, Kashmir and north eastern states. Bhutan is free only in name.

China must be either active part of SAARC or must form a new grouping together with Pak and other SA states that wish to be free from this indian empire.

When the troublemakers are sorted out in SCS and ECS, China will have to focus on SA and take positive leadership there. Otherwise it will have to deal with indian empire later.

That's what I've been trying to say all along. You haven't mentioned BD in this post, so for the sake of future reference let me tell you that BD used to be free from indian hegemony but all that ended with the fall of the BNP alliance in BD in 2006-2007. India with the active support from the western powers managed to initiate a coup led by General Moin U. Ahmed against the first care taker government which was formed after the five year term of the BNP alliance ended and the BNP alliance handed over power to the first care taker government led by Yajuddin Ahmed. General Moin ousted the care taker government led by Yajuddin Ahmed and formed another care taker government led by Fakruddin Ahmed. Fakruddin was actually a puppet of traitor Moin U. Ahmed who organized an election drama and brought BAL to power. This is how india installed a puppet government in BD. It must be noted that had it not been for the sheer shortsightedness of the BNP leader Khaleda, her son Tarek Zia and her brother Iskander Mirza who was instrumental in appointing traitor Moin U. Ahmed as the then army chief, this indian plan would have never succeeded. Khaleda appointed a traitor at a sensitive position like the army chief and BD paid the price of her stupidity by losing her sovereignty to india.

Dear T-rex, I find it very sad. Your country deserve peace and progess. Not being an asset of a hegmonic empire.

Also, I would like to thank you for this historic background. It helps me form better understanding.
@PaklovesTurkiye also helped understand the difference between BD gov and BD peoples.

Buying assets / traitors and then subogating the peoples is a typcial emperical tactic. British controlled thier colong called British India through this tactic.

The inheritor of this is the hindu empire that is using the same tactics in SL, BD, NP and Bhutan.

Hopefully, the will of your people will find effective form through a pro BD government soon.

Wish you and your people all the peace and prosperity. Above all sovereign freedom.
