This is not new. Anyone that has been to both China and India can easily observe that India is a decade of 2000s-esque syle growth behind the PRC. But it's also clear that progress is being made.

Now Pakistan on the other hand. They're going backwards :/

Decade of China-esque 2000-2012 style growth. My father had been to China in the late 90s and it was as bad as India is today.

it's true actually we are 15-20 years behind china. @Chinese-Dragon you are only pro India Chinese member here, i have one question for you. how did u guys countered littering problem in early years of Chinese Economic boom ?

easy, garbage cans, and 1 street sweeper per a few blocks. Though it could be a lot better. The point is, even in America if you have no where to throw your garbage, where would you throw it.
