actually,China and North Korea are two nations who pays way too much attention for this kind of demonstration.I studied somewhere that soldiers/models gets chosen using defined parameters of their Chin bone,physique,height and such to centimeter level.thats why they look way alike..Plus these guys gets chosen for this purpose only.In India,or in most of the armies picks their regulars for this job and hardly trains half a month/a month or so before demonstration.
