I'm hearing this from last few month's but it seems China is not Ready yet or don't want their soldiers on ground..

There is no way the leadership in Beijing is incompetent enough to step into middle eastern quagmire of petty feuds and cycles of hate. China will stay out of the middle east, any military personnel will only be under the banner of the U.N in peacekeeping, medical and engineering.

No bombs, planes and ships to fuel the shitstorm of Middle eastern violence.

I dont know why some people want to sacrifice billion for Bashar Al-Assad,

Russia going in Syria is actually to pressure European countries.

The intention is to make the situation in Syria unsolved thus make more refugees floading European countries. It is a reaction taken by Russia after USA and NATO put a sanction on Russia economy. The time frame is close.

So we see now Russia bargaining power is in better position after its intervention in Syria. USA and European countries starts to open dialog once again.

The last advance of opposition fighter (Islamist brigade) before Russia coming was in Idlib province, and now Syria is going no where with more people to suffer like in Madaya.

China does posses the capability to send in boot , but the question is , that how necessary is it? Or how much effect will it have?

China at present is playing it smart, they have already helped the Syrian Army with weapons , intelligence and vehicles. And at the moment it looks more than enough.
