all that money Saudi Arbia has and yet it's Muslim engineers can't develop UAVs. Saudi Arabia should take a good long look at Israel and Iran and ponder why they unable to achieve that level of self reliance and ingenuity

they got the brains, but they need money. they need experience. it's hard building a jet engine from scratch. throw the money in and work with the Russians or French to build a jet engine, take that knowledge to build a even better engine in the future.

Not really, they were given plenty of money to reverse engineer the kub missile and turn it into the akash but their engineers proved far too incompetent
