Have lots to say but I get lost in thoughts, when I'm typing it out, very annoying.

It often happens so, that I recall some crucial points, I wanted to pose but only hours later when has all been said and done.

Bangladesh should milk china using India as a carrot, but the investment should not be on assured returns.
Tell them to BOT all projects.
This project might not have a operate component, so BD has to seriously think about its repayment schedule. But with nearly 40 b usd in foreign exchange, shouldn't be an issue.
I guess this is for reducing flooding in BD. If the benefits are realistic, go for it. Never mind us Indians.
