China to invite Putin for major military parade - The Hindu
Beijing, January 27, 2015

China on Tuesday announced plans hold a major military parade and will be inviting Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Departing from a practice of conducting such events once in a decade, China will hold the military parade this year in Beijing to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the victories of World War II, state media reported.

China will tighten security for the event, Fu Zhenghua, chief of the Beijing Public Security Bureau was quoted as saying by China-org.cn.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has confirmed that Russian state leaders will attend the war commemoration, making this the first time that foreign state leaders will attend a Chinese military parade.

China usually holds a military parade every 10 years to celebrate the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949. The most recent parade was held in 2009.

India invite Obama for the military parade, China invite Putin for military parade.

US only uses India. They couldn't care less about India. India is a mere pawn in Washington's game just like India was a pawn during the British empire.

Even when Obama meets Indian leaders, they are concentrating on China

China is an independent country that doesn't kow tow to anyone. India has never had an independent foreign policy. India is a mere lab rat to the Western powers.

Only time India becomes important is when the Western powers want a favour. Same goes to Pakistan by the way.
India has never been an important country by itself.

Delusional indian media again try to describe this as China's counter-move on india? LMAO. The original reads "China going invite foreign state leaders, which may include Putin of Russia, Park of SK, Kim of NK...". People here interprets this as Beijing's move to use this 70th WWII anniversary of Japanese surrender as an intimidation for Japanese right wing. Again, india doesn't matter in this respect.

PS: @Hindustani78 , I put a thanks to your thread, not a bad thread. I am just baffled by most indian media's selective reading, and subsequent delusional hypothesis by some readers.
