Its all tom tom show and glisters for some whistle and claps from the audience. The chinese army is one of the least experienced major armies in the world.

The Vietnam War is the last major conflict that the PLA has significant participation, and it was 99.999% in the support role at that. The few Chinese pilots flying for the North Vietnamese Air Force were simply too few to give any sort of institutional level instructions and impart the same institutional memory for the PLAAF.

The Nazi era is long gone and we have become a respected member of the world. Our former arch-enemy France has become our clostest friend and partner. US army atrocities are current and ongoing.

More like the PLA is not that capable. And please spare everyone the line about the ChiCom does not send troops outside of Asia. We can do keyword searches for 'chinese advisors revolutions'. Koreans are just cowards,we routed thousands of them in Korean war,Korean troops just can not put up any resistance,a mere touch by Chinese troops would cause Korean army's total collapse.many Chinese generals are still confused by that funny phenomena today.

The PLA advisors did that in Điện Biên Phủ and so many Việt Minh troops died needlessly under superior French disciplined artillery that Võ Nguyên Giáp nearly physically threw the Chinese off the battlefield.
