they first manufacture... then, whatever they "managed" to manufacture is the Design. .... then they induct ... and then PLAAF does "live testing" if the plane is useful in anyway what-so-ever. .... then they hide their crashes .... revealed crashes are attributed to russian non-cooperation with engines.....

and before anyone outside china cares or questions about any remote suitability of junk-10 ..... they say junk-10 is "old technology".... talk about Junk-20.

it is really a myth, because they dont make their planes, and other countries equipt Russian and french planes too, but none of them have such frequent crashing 'tests' as IAF does.
so either their pilots are really amerture or their local spare parts are poorly produced...
and another puzzel is that they always laugh at chinese jets and weapons, but many countries having Chinese weapons and they dont seem to give fuzz over that``
