Pakistan wouldn't give a $hit to anything which the world including India says about Kashmir as long as Kashmiris and Chinese are on our side. And guess what..

China needs to a trade route to the middle east...........and Pakistan can provide it.
China is building roads in Pakistan Administered Kashmir to complete the missing link between China and gwadar Port.........which in turn is again built by China.
China is not doing a free favor to Pakistan , but is using it as trade route to keep its economy red hot.

There is nothing new about this...........many countries do it.

It doesn't matter. The deal is for trade purposes and both China and Pakistan can gain through it.




In Indian point of view its a good thing. If ever a resolution is taken up in UN body these deals will work out on our favour of the debate.

Good, get it developed. I don't even mind Chinese companies doing construction work in Jammu and Kashmir, although I'd prefer my state first. Hope as they get more urbanized, they will stop infiltrating to our country with their AKs.

There are huge benefits for China!

Pakistan is a vital geostrategic artery for us, considering Gwadar port and the KKH which will allow our ships to bypass the Indian ocean. Then we have the connection to Iran which enables pipelines to travel directly into western China. This of course then relies on the land link between Pakistan and China, which is Pakistan's northern areas, the areas that are under discussion.

Pakistan is also our gateway to the Muslim world. Pakistan argues for us in the OIC, and enables us to develop strong relations with other Muslim nations which are strategically essential for a growing economy like China.

Most importantly, Pakistan is one of China's oldest and closest allies. Even during the time when China had very few friends in the world, Pakistan was always there for us. And the alliance will keep growing stronger and stronger as time goes on.

That probably a false news propagated by US newspapers.. I dont think there would be that much troops..

There should be minimal ones for the safety of engineers, but not on the scale what US papers published.

Why? A more educated AK means that better international leverage Pakistan has on the Kashmiri issue. Also, more education could mean better protesting. Instead of just using AK's, they might attempt to get their own politicians into the Indian Government and use peaceful methods on the street to garner international support. 'Course, it could also go your way but I have my doubts. By the way, a developed AK is best for AK and her people before Pakistan and India.
