China spacecraft returns to Earth after docking test

You mean the one that "allegedly" down one single F-111 in that famous 10 years war? I wouldn't cash that in as success if I were you. Look how torn apart Vietnam was due to the countless number of successful American air raids. For a single F-111 allegedly downed by the beam, I'd day the Americans had a pretty darn good result ;)
Hehe , at leats Soviet claim to had that deadly weapon , and VN maybe had a chance to test it with F-111s . And CHina untill now still don't have any developement on Scalar ray to show to the world . So how can CHina compete with USSR-USA (or even VN in future ) in 'star wars '??

Top NASA official ‘rooting for’ China’s success in space exploration
Published: 6:23 PM 09/21/2011 | Updated: 6:24 PM 09/21/2011
In June 2010 NASA Administrator Charles F. Bolden, Jr., a retired Marine Corps major general commented
Speaking to a group of midshipmen at the U.S. Naval Institute’s annual history conference in Annapolis, Md. on Saturday, Bolden speculated that if China were to make advances in space exploration, the United States might seek to follow suit. And based on that assumption, he said he was rooting for the rival nation on the other side of the Pacific.

“We haven’t talked about the Chinese,” Bolden said. “We can’t work with the Chinese right now. But I’m rooting for them. They’re probably going to put a spacecraft called Shenzhou into orbit here, hopefully by the end of the year. It’s going to be the first capsule of their space station. And the reason they are doing that is that we are not allowing them to be partners right now. So they’re going alone. They need to be successful to drive us.”

Bolden, the pilot of two space shuttle missions and the commander of two other space shuttle missions, predicted if the Chinese mission is successful, we should expect further moves by the Chinese next year. He also said that the United States doesn’t dominate space exploration like it once did and that the fact should be acknowledged.

Bolden isn’t alone in hoping that China might motivate the United States to act on space exploration. Retired Navy Capt. Wendy B. Lawrence, who was a crew member on six shuttle flights, expressed a similar sentiment.

“I think we’re in a very interesting period right now as [Charles] Bolden has alluded to,” she said. “If you look at the history of the space program, history very clearly shows what we can do when we are united. What will it take to get us united again? I have to agree with Charlie – it’s time to root for the Chinese because it just may be that we need a good swift kick in the pants.”

China showed to the world,Asians can do what the westerners can do. We sent people to the space,we won most gold medals in the Olympic games. We Asians have both the intelligence and physical fitness to achieve great human accomplishments.

all Chinese enemy doesnt have to feel frustrated, China still dont have a capable launch vehicle to launch 20-tons space station module, the first flight of Long-March 5 is delay from 2014 to 2015 due to unsatisfying development progress on YF-77 (Vulcain mock up) and the fuel tank, which means pretty much the whole rocket is far from ready, thus, the true Chinese space station wont be deploy earlier than 2020, it is freaking 2020.

"Claim to had" and "had a chance to test"?

We don't have to show the world everything do we? The fact that we will have the only operable space station in the coming years and have the ability to build our own satellites and launch them into space is already more technically advanced than laser beams. You need to exercise your brain more :azn:

Here something for you to read:

China’s Missile Shield Plans | China Power

China is developing a multi-dimensional programme aimed at improving its ability to limit or prevent the use of space-based assets by adversaries during a crisis, the Pentagon says in its latest report on the country’s military. Is this another step toward a ‘Star Wars’ missile defence shield?

Certainly according to South Korea’s Chosun Ilbo, it is. ‘China is developing a missile defence system in the highest layer of the atmosphere and outer space using high-end technologies like laser beams and kinetic energy intercept,’ the paper notes as it dissects the report, which has just been presented to the US Congress.

See, CHina only have few knowledge about obsolete Laser beam , not Scalar wave , CHina still can not compare with US-USSR or even VN in the future .

Hehe, and Soviet used it in Afghanistan too , next target could be CHina , who knows
Bodies did not decay even in 30 days...

The Soviets are employing just such a scalar "death ray" weapon in Afghanistan, apparently in the noses of some of their HIND helicopters. These choppers usually fire gas rockets to camouflage the testing of the tactical scalar death ray. For example, they may fire rockets filled with nerve gas, and some persons will die convulsively from the chemical. Those hit by the scalar EM weapon, however, have a most peculiar death mode.

Don't be a joke bro, that is old technology and is not comparable to what China or Russia and America now has. Vietnam is too outdated and needs to keep up with the time.

Tom Bearden also writes that a more advanced form of scalar weapon is known as a 'quantum potential' weapon has been developed by US, Russia, China, Israel and possibly Brazil . These weapons mimic the signature or frequency of a disease by recreating them on scalar carriers. Also any disease can be imprinted onto our cellular system using frequencies ranging from ultraviolet to infrared. Whole populations can have new diseases and death induced as well as latent diseases being activated with quantum potential diseases in targeted areas.

The fact that China never had wars in recent times makes it all the better and mysterious. Russia will use it on Vietnam more likely since both Russia and China are close political allies. They are not USSR remember

Only the members of Collective Security Treaty Organisation are considered Russia's allies, China is not the member.

China's enemy also doesn't have a large environmentally friendly rocket like CZ5 as well.

I was merely pulling his leg.
However, the truth is that China and Russia are strong political allies and will remain so until America stops meddling in Asia and regions where both nation's interest lies.

depends on which country you are referring to, if you means India and Vietnam, yeah, they dont have and they are not going to have in the near future, so yeah, China beat them, but, are you proud of China beat this two countries? if you are referring Japan, then sorry, they have it long ago.
