I think you'd find most Chinese netizens reflect opinions on a spectrum that far far exceeds the "government official lines" that would come from some kind of "50 cent army". Actually I find this whole talk about restricted propaganda and news in China an insult to the intelligent person, granted that Facebook and some other sites have been banned outright but getting the latest international news has never been an issue for me while I was in China.

there are alomst 500 million bloggers in China mainland alone, yet the number is ever increasing, if the CCP pays 50 cent per/day per persone then it works out around 250million dollars per day from the government budgt, then 92 billion per/year wow thats almost 10% of the shinning slums entire shrinking GDP.

and does it make sense that a government paying people to get on line to expose official scandles and corruptions (this is what we chinese do mostly on internet) and lead to arrests and prosecutions of hunderds of government officials?

well we cant expact any commen logic from indians (everyone knows here but poor indians), they function much better when its been told by others, like when brits were there, or like those door keepers in southern part of China.

That's what I said. The China population is more than 10 times of the relatives of CPC. And I never said we love Gandhi family. It is democracy and my vote is for Modi.

Democracy is by the people, for the people and to the people.

Indian democracy is by the people for sure.. although we still have space to improve, there are very few people who understand how to vote. We are still voting criminals is prime examples.

For the people. 2 out of 10... it is for the industrialist and is very selfish.

Things will change, it takes time, when elected representative realize that they will be voted out if they do not perform then you will see real democracy.

Look even today a person can be a prime ministerial candidate purely because he was born in a family.
He does not even have qualification to debate on key issues in parliament. Even today he thinks that way to become prime minster is not by good policies but vote bank politics.

You had been democratic since your independence inherited from British? more than 60 years pass, But why there are still much corruption and so poor in your country, NK( I don't like SK, Just as a example) also are a democratic country, they are independent later, But they are much richer than you? Do you have think whether your indin-style democracy have problem itself? And you sociality also have many problem? It is not only your government problem and your people problem, But also your sociality problem, your social system, and other relevant domain that i don't know!!!
Don't give too much expectation on sole democracy, it is important part to develop, but not all!! When you mock chinese communism, First think about your state quo firstly!!

300 million (80 mil CCP + relatives) are a lot, you can argue that it doesn't represent total China, but it is quite a portion of Chinese.

This sounds like a joke, 120 yuan a month you eat dirt in China. This 50 cent thing always sounds like urban myth to me. To be qualified, you need have enough education, learn current politics, etc, and why I want to make a living on this thing with this kind of qualification? 50 cent (chinese cent) a post, to make a decent living (3000 yuan a month = $500 ), you need 6000 posts = 200 posts every day, even if I want to do it, where can I find so many topics?

It is well Known that most countries and big companies do the same. One should always take what you read on the net with a gram of salt. Which is not the same as being a total paranoid and call each other false flags and see anyone who has a different opinion as a spy employed by the "enemy" to undermine your country and good morals, as some on the forum sometimes do
China is perhaps more blatant about it, the U.S. or other Western Entities would not use words like "... Propaganda Department of the ...." The word propaganda has very negative ring to it here in the West. But just because we do not use the word does not mean that we do not use similar methods to "Manufacturing Consent"
