I could say that almost everyone in that area,except Russia and NK,has problems with China as well.

Russia,temporarily has no problems with China. Only temporarily. NK is basically a Chinese puppet,completely dependent on China.

It was a true in the early 2000s, but now relationship between China, S. Korea and Vietnam has cool down.
