China rollout homemade 600 km/h maglev train

. . .
I thought Japan hit that record back in 2015?

603km/h is the top test speed. Its top operation speed willl be 500km/h when it goes into service by 2027:

"There are concerns about the cost of building the infrastructure for a commercial maglev service, planned to go into operation by 2027, between Tokyo and Nagoya, 286km away. The service, which would run at a top speed of 500km/h, is expected to connect the two cities in 40 minutes, less than half the present journey time in a shinkansen, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year".

.
Maybe your newspapers are stupid
" Although the maglev prototype train is about to be rolled off the production line, there is no track line for the 600 km/h high speed maglev train in China yet. "

There is no commercial track yet, but since Chinese rolled out and tested the tech demonstrator version of this train in 2019, I am sure they have built some kind of test tracks.

Judging by the China's track record of infrastruture building, it won't be long before we see an operational commercial track.

i dont believe they tested it at 600kmph.

Maybe they are talking about operational speed vs top speed.

Where does it say that 600km/hr is gonna be the operational speed for China? If it's the operational speed, it means that the top test speed should already be somewhat comfortably above 600km/hr, like 650km/hr.

Like Japan running 500km/hr operating speed while capable of running 603km/hr. Top operation speed is not gonna be the same as top testing speed due to cost efficiency and safety concerns. There has to be a margin of safety. The top testing speed is currently still held by Japan, and there are already videos of the train running at that speed.

And isn't it too early to talk about top operational speed when the track still hasn't been build for testing?

Although the maglev prototype train is about to be rolled off the production line, there is no track line for the 600 km/h high speed maglev train in China yet.

So it's likely not talking about operational speed.

It doesn't. But I think that the intention is that the maximum speed mentioned here is the maximum operational speed. I could be wrong.

. .
I beleive that this train is capable of 600kmph is a belief not a proven fact. I do respect chinese train engineers - they accomplished a lot - so i wont discount the belief but its certainly odd advertiziing the speed of a train without a track or an experiment.

It's the first Meglev train designed for 600km/h, but its top operation speed for sure will be lower.

Just like CRH380A, designed for 380km/h, the top test speed 486km/h, but operated at top speed of 350km/h.

Shhh... keep your brag (claim) of 600 Km/Hr to yourself till it is proven through evidence...whole world is not under your communist rule where whatever your CCP says, people have to believe.

Lol.. another brain washed genius! First manufacture some toilet papers and sanitisers, you lot did not even have those when the pandemic started, even those are made in China. Plus the trains in Australia and New Zealand are both shit. Barely go to 80km/hr.

Why don't your kinds than go to China to work, settle...why living in Australia and cursing it at the same time.....you know, China will not give a **** to you guys to work or settle there.

Since you are in Australia, you must be aware how even toilet papers, sanitisers (along with basic consumables) were stolen and shipped to China from our stores at the start of the pandemic... so stop wagging your tail at everything Chinese do...

Hahaha lol! I would love to learn Chinese and be able to go there, settle there too why not? Some of my friends are working and living in China, so whatever media fed you is wrong in that regard too!
Why I am in Australia? Thanks to colonialism it is possible to settle in the countries who invaded, looted and settled in foreign land, because I happen to know English. Bdw your lots often come to Australia to find jobs too, not enough jobs in your mighty New Zealand eh?

China makes everything for you which 99% of you slap your sticker on and then sell it in your country at 400-500% premium prices. They don't need to ship back your toilet papers 😂 Your lot is not even able to manufacture a mobile phone casing. You get them made in China, they supply you on shore for 4-5 dollar a piece. And then you slap your sticker on it and sell it for 30-40$ each lol. Each and everything works like that in your kinds of world. 😃 And then you have issue with speed of Chinese train? Lol..
