Well China is using proxy,no doubt about that. It's funding the countries to make them anti India but at the same time we are trying to do the same. Well 1962 was our mistake and inability to make decisions.

China has unhindered growth without any aggressive neighbors who threaten war and is reaping the benefits of such economic scenario.While we on the other hand fought 5 wars and battle daily insurgencies from Pakistan.They are arming Pakistan with nukes ,Ballistic Missiles,jets,tanks,subs to stall Indias growth by making Pakistan adopt a aggressive posture and forcing us to deploy army and equip ourselves with latest military tech.All the while they have not settled the Indo china border yet they didnt escalate it all these years because they fear getting caught in two front war now that their preparation is almost over they are showing their aggression with all their neighborhood.Their intentions are clear if you don't know and still think they have good intentions for us.If you want to know how they think and their ideology is you should read about Mao & Sun Tzu it will give perfect sense to how they behave.
Every nation has it's weakness their weakness is Democracy,free speech, freedom,religion etc. no matter how militarily strong they are atheist nations will eventually become religious and fall as Atheism cannot be sustained for many years so they try desperately to control their citizens from getting exposed to new radical ideas therefore the Media censorship and heavy hand tactics.
We should do the same arm its neighbours who it has disputes with just like it uses Pakistan against us and NorthKorea against Nato.Let them know two can play the game.Always be prepared for the worst and expect the best.
