If the Russians are unwilling to sell China Mig-29Ks due to China's history of IP infringement why would they sell them Su-35s?

Talk is cheap, we have nothing to lose, au contraire it's an window opportunity why we would want to condamn ourself for a close door: We know what Russian want and Russian know what we want...so if there is a compromise a win-win solution, we're more than happy to strke a deal.

The Russians know what THEY want first. Anyway our Super Sukhoi is far better than Su-35S,
so china can acquire Su-35 to somehow balance it out considering J-10 and J-11A/B are no match
for Super MKI and Rafale anyway.
Rafale is far better than su-35.... To me rafale is 4.7 generation while su-35 is 4.5 generation.... Its far smaller than su-35 and the its agile.... Avionics is what quality in rafale i like most (su-35 avionics too good but not as good as rafale).... Rafale is true omni role jetfighters which su-35 lacks.... Rafale is semi-stealth and smaller than su-35 which makes rafale stealthy than su-35.... India already has su-35 (su-30mki (without undercarriage) and super su-30mki (with undercarriage) which will be same capablity of su-35).... Rafale is unique and will make IAF way too strong)....

The main differences of SU-35 comared to Rafale
Bigger load(fuel+weapons)
Much more powerful 400km range radar
L-band anti-stealth wing radars
200km range BVR missiles vs 100km range missiles of Rafale

Of course it have more load because rafale is a medium fighter and su-35 is a heavy fighter.
better radar than AESA ?
meteor BVR has a range of 200km.
On the weapons and avionics/sensor/radar front the West/French are far ahead of Russia my freind. The Russians (or anyone for that matter) have nothing comparable to the Rafale's SPECTRA suite.
Main differences of SU-30SM(Super Sukhoi) comared to SU-35
2 pilots
Bigger RCS
Less powerful engines
No supercruise
Worse t/w ratio
No L-band wing radars
SPECTRA is the 360 degree sensor suite for Rafale. SU-35 also has its own 360 degree sensor suite. I really dont have any clue how you tested and compared them.
RusNEWS.CN reports (3-09-12 Beijing time): Reporter Alexi Yafmov reports: The Chinese Department of defence revealed to RusNews that reports by the Russian media regarding the signing of a 48 Su-35 fighter contract between China and Russia are inaccurate.
The Chinese Department of Defense clarified that : "In recent years, China maintained close strategic partnership with Russia and successfully cooperated in numerous domains. Sino-Russian military cooperation is an important part of Sino-Russian strategic partnership that is being carried out smoothly and has continuously yielded results. Reports that "China and Russia agreed on the purchase on 48 Su-35 fighters, however, have no factual basis.
On March 6th, Russian newspaper Kommersant quoted a Russian military insider when supposedly said that China and Russia agreed to sign a contract which will supply the Chinese military with 48 Su-35 fighters. The contract would have a net worth of 4 billion dollars.
