Thats not how you win diplomacy tbh, isolation is not what modern day china, it was opening which made modern day china. Learn from the US, got kicked out by Veitnam and still persuing trade relations there.

You have a point here.
The Chinese gave the Vietnamese culture, language and trade, helped to liberate them from the French, Japanese and US slavery, but only rewarded with spite and ungratefulness.

But see how the Vietnamese grovel before the US after they CARPET BOMBED them and fed them AGENT ORANGE.

I agree, China should learn from the US how to deal with ingrates, and Australia fits the bill.
