China Replaces Australian Iron Ore, Coal Imports with African Alternatives

people can try really wonky things, dude.
tiny UK conquered India and submitted China. much smaller Japan invaded China.
Germany tried to conquer everyone. So did France under Napoleon. Alexander smashed HUGE Persia then went after India.....I think Alexander had like 30k men. people can try crazy things.

They have their QUAD (I see it as JU AI) group. It is pretty big. ALSO...highly advanced weapons can dominate the battlefield making numbers much less important. Now I don't know if Aussie busk fs as you call them have any advanced tech but blondes do seem to have smart allies.
That could be true if we were using pitchforks and they using machine guns. You need to take away that slave mentality mate, even up to 1850s, Europeans with superior firepower could not conquer the whole China. They could only open up treaty ports with extratrrritorial rights.

First China isn't the biggest importer of coal it is #3 after Japan and India.
China shutting out Australia will only benefit the others. S.Korea, Japan and India will save on logistics cost by importing from nearby Australia as opposed to shipments from far off South Africa.

  1. Japan: US$23.3 billion (17.6% of total imported coal)
  2. India: $23 billion (17.5%)
  3. China: $18.9 billion (14.3%)
  4. South Korea: $14.1 billion (10.7%)
  5. Taiwan: $7 billion (5.3%)
  6. Germany: $4.5 billion (3.4%)
  7. Netherlands: $4.4 billion (3.4%)
  8. Turkey: $3.6 billion (2.7%)
  9. Malaysia: $2.9 billion (2.2%)
  10. Brazil: $2.9 billion (2.2%)
  11. Vietnam: $2.2 billion (1.7%)
  12. Philippines: $1.9 billion (1.4%)
  13. Poland: $1.7 billion (1.3%)
  14. France: $1.6 billion (1.2%)
  15. Ukraine: $1.5 billion (1.2%)

As for Iron Ore, Aussie iron ore has the highest yield and quality - so China has to buy more than twice the volume to extract the same yield as Aussie iron. Why do you think China is still importing Aussie iron ore?

1. Australia
Usable ore: 930 million tonnes (Mt); iron content: 580 Mt

2. Brazil
Usable ore: 480 Mt; iron content: 260 Mt
Next time use more reliable sources. CHINA IS STILL THE LARGEST IMPORTER MATE.

My report expresses imports in $ value and yours tonnage. For the purpose of this discussion $ value is the more relevant metric.

You are really don't understand how economy work.
If you are business man, you cannot see like that.

You see aussies lost $18 Billion from coal sector + $28 Billion from Agriculture.
That's bring to almost $50 Billion loss for aussies from Coal & agricultural sector only.

Not including other minerals & export commodity 😑

Especially for Booming market like China. If aussies don't act childish, in the future China will import more from aussies.

What a big loss for aussies, but good for many Developing countries.
Because that huge amount of money will go to their instead of aussies

does the economy work the same for Indonesia and China as it does for the USA, Australia and Japan? If so why is Indonesia so poor and China only supposedly rich now that it has been given stuff by others?

If economies work the same why is almost all trade done by only a few nations?
Perhaps there is a new idea to make people in the rich advanced nations hate China and developing nations. OR maybe that was always the plan.

What I know, more money will come to developing countries instead of aussies pocket.

In 2019 alone, China import $103 Billion from aussies

If China can redirect half of that ($50 Billion).
That's mean more than $500 Billion will come to developing countries for the next decade.

If Indonesia can get even 10% of cake, that's mean another $50 Billion goes to Indonesia pocket. With that $50 Billion, you can build many Highways, Railway, other infrastructure projects, and also lift many people out of poverty.

What a huge amount of money 😲 instead going to aussies pocket, it will goes to Developing countries

Australia is nothing without Chinese money. The Australians know this more than anyone else. That’s why they are begging on their knees for talks. China is not interested in talks. Australia knows without access to the Chinese market they will be left behind.

That's why they send their Trade Minister to begging to China 😉

okay VERY good. thinking about it, it makes much more sense to take as many resources out of Indonesia, Russia and South Africa as China can. Indonesia is under constant threat of oblivion. South Africa was retaken by Africans. People of the steppes, Russians, have been enemies of Europe and civilization for thousands of years. Better for the Chinese to give them USD for something than Australians who don't need the money anyway.

Bye bye childish aussie 👋

Thats not how you win diplomacy tbh, isolation is not what modern day china, it was opening which made modern day china. Learn from the US, got kicked out by Veitnam and still persuing trade relations there.

Nah, white supremacists must be dealt with in ruthless fashion. These genocidal war criminals only understand the language of power. Being nice guys don’t work with far-right racists. Australia will be taught a lesson to never mess with China again when this is all said and done.
