Eavesdropping by the FBI, planting evidence, arrests without warrants, indefinitely keeping people in the jail without any kind of formal charges or evidence, CIA sponsored abductions and running secret torture cells are all violations of human rights. The problem is people like you first see who has committed the crime, if it is a friend or foe of uncle sam and then decide whether it is a human rights violation or not.
