The big problem is not lacking money , rescue workers or supplies, but the road space and hard mountains(just like the condition in Avatar),Traffic Control denied about 30000 private rescue vehicles into the only main road, and call for Non-professionals don't come in order not to take up road space and space in the disaster areas

I think the main problem is China still lack enough helicopters, 2008 Wen Chuan earthquake PLA sent 20-30 helicopters, 2013 Bao An & Lu Shan earthquake this time PLA sent 36 helicopters into disaster areas, still these Mi-8,Mi-171 and S-70. Five years past, where's our domestic big helicopter ? We lack enough helicopters to join aids instead of walking into disaster areas... Yes the big problem and China really needs r more helicopters.
If once could fly 100x transport helicopters, rocks on the road and traffic jams all r not problem ! But now most aids and supports still must sent into disaster areas by ground transportation
