20 are minimum soon you would have Indian Navy with around 80 to 88 Frigates and Destroyers and Corvettes which means Pakistan at least need one third of Frigates and Destroyers to counter that other wise say good bye to your survival. But as you lack basic common sense I expected crap reply from you

Given the resources, Pakistan will develop most cost-effective strategies against Indian navy and aircraft carrier if, it was on the list at all, will come much down in the order.

But I wouldn't mind if Pakistan gets its hands on J-11s and J-10c. Such a procurement makes sense and should be high up in the "to-do" list of at all.

BS! PN cannot afford an AC, nor can it afford the ships or aircraft that would be required to protect it. It would be much wiser to induct destroyers or land based attack aircraft than to even think about an AC
