It's not propaganda Pakistani Government authorizes the use of drones by US and the Pakistani military allows it. If they didn't allow it they would have put a stop to it a long time ago, truth is Pakistani Government doesn't care about its own citizens and they don't care whether you die or not. People get the government they deserve.
