is it bilingual?

i prefer it to be bilingual so that people can atleast learn a new language than English as an option for foreign language.

kids should be taught atleast 3 languages in school

the national language Urdu and English apparently
the regional language depending on province
and one international language - Chinese - German - Arabic

Seems More like a PR/Propaganda Channel

1 Suggestion for Both Countries , since the way China in investing in Pakistan .
Pakistan and China Should Invest in its People by Teaching Each others languages that will help a lot Because
Majority of young Chinese They really dont know much about Pakistan.
this will help a lot in specially in micro economy , Tourism for both countries , and they can create a much better and solid bond
other wise as Pakistani Leaders dont have the foresight and neither do they care, Pakistan will keep depending on china Which Will hurt in the future and they will end up a big colony
