You are right, Indian does have internal strife which is more to do with lack of development and attention by govt..... but India is not sending a majority ethnic group to that strife stricken areas to outnumber and opress them and destroy their individual unique culture and identity to such an extent that the opressed had no option to burn themselves regularly in protest.
