The question is not if Indian Missile can hit one Chinese city but the question is will India be having guts to fire a missile over China in the first place?

And in case it does, the question is how many Chinese missiles can hit how many cities of India.

India has repeatedly stated its nuclear policy is based on credible minimum deterrence. India has never threatened first strike of nukes against any country, unlike Pakistan. And that is where the logic behind your comment falters.

The question is not if India has the guts to launch nukes at China, but the question is whether China has the guts to wage war with India knowing that India's nuclear-capable missiles can strike any Chinese city.

The point is,with the present congress/BJP in power nothing of that sort can happen.

Point taken. India's Agni-5 missile is still under-development and therefore, the Chinese can go to sleep without any fear.

But wait.. was this article written by Indians? No! The funny part is that the Chinese themselves are worrying about a missile which hasn't even been tested yet.

Anyways... India does not need nukes to deter Chinese aggression. Its conventional forces are good enough.
