I just watched the video and found that it was not the same thing as what I said.

What is said in the video is that Shandong Changsheng Mining Co., Ltd. faked green plants for the mine in 2019 to cheat the routine flight inspection of the State Forestry Administration. This is a fact. The mining company has also received a huge fine.

I thought the video was about the popular SPF technology in recent years.

Honestly, yes. To this day, NASA cannot get into full street view in China, let alone zooming in to see if the leaves and fruits are real.

Construction sites? those nets are very common in China to keep the dust and dirt on the ground during construction, do you have any source or videos that show a whole region is covered by these nets?

Satellites do not judge green area by color. It judges forest area and greening level by observing carbon storage, carbon fixation and carbon sink in the atmosphere.
