These Chinese nationals traveled to Africa to look for opportunities to get rich fast. Many of them are unscrupulous and street smart. But to say 'China sent them' is utterly groundless and reveals the same white arrogance (Yes, written by a black African writer) and jealousy of China setting foot and offering better partnership than the West can. Where's your proof of these nationals sent by China? If no proofs, you're just lying and, sadly, for the master race (not to the Chinese).

The other allegations about China's loans' secrecy. HELLO?!! Are you brain dead? If there's any hiding, it's your country's own doing and your laziness or intentional laziness not to find out. If your country is 'democratic' then you can look somewhere in the budgets, announcements, documents, etc. If you don't believe your own government, then you can cross check in World Bank, etc. Look at what the banks from the West offer compared to China's. Don't groundlessly bark on behalf of the West.

Not sure what you are talking about and I don't live there to say one way or the other. What I said was from my researches on scholars and other reporters' reports. You could tell your government not to cooperate with China.
