The title seems wrong! The word 'invade' would imply - to infringe; to encroach on; to violate; to enter with hostile intentions; to enter with a view to conquest or plunder.

Now if China has claimed Diaoyu Island as their own, then how can they 'invade' their own territory? So obviously it is Japanese territory that the Chinese have invaded! Period!
