But you are wrong, it will be good for India as within 2 years many of these items will be manufactured in India. If Chinese phones are banned, Samsung, Apple and a while lot of other phone companies will setup shop here. Chips will be initially sourced from TW and SK but eventually foundries will be set up. Same will other manufactured imports

and why would other companies setup manufacturing in India while they already got the low price market in China ?

Chip Fabs don't grow on trees - you have no idea what is involved or necessitated in setting up a Chip Fab.
