Though i dont think there is any such 'foriegn infiltration' on your discussion forums/online. As many foreigners can barely speak and even more so write chinese at all. Its more of an internal chinese matter where the more rational patriotic netizens battle it out with the ultra nationalistic netizens. So its not a matter of foreign infitrations like some vhinese netizens will do when a chinese criticize a policy of CCP , he immediately gets sometimes labeled as a foreign agent by the more ultra nationalistic ones. Which shoudnt always be the case.

Personally I do not take PDF PRC too seriously as their comments look incredibly homogeneous. The PRC Chinese forum has even more variety and you see more fuxking of CPC and Islam unlike here.
