My question is: why not postponing invading Taiwan in next 10 year? When China's GDP already surpass that of US, when China already attain technology independency & reach military strength parity with US.

For now China would better focus on MIC 2025, OBOR, digital currency, promote Yuan to displace USD, and technology independence and build up military strength to ensure win against US and the quarts.

After China completes its reunification, the world will have more confidence in the renminbi.
