During Kargil China sent M11 missiles to Pakistan

they also gave 40 x F7PG fighter jets pretty sure Pakistan never paid for them

And how can IMF know about it ?
It will know that Pakistan can be able to pay off debt when they actually made the payment, for like: 3 bil in the end of this year, then 3 bil in next April.
They do not know how much is pleaded to Pakistan, for how long and how these money will be released, null, NADA.
And now, with the CNY will be used between 2 countries, there will be zero way to track them via US banks as well.
This move leave entire Pakistan ability in the dark and IMF have to guess, as the result, their position when they come to the negotiation tablle will greatly be reduced.

As long as we are correcting terminology, lets call Pakistan by its full name, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
