We agree with it wholeheartly. An active reactor means a continous demand for Uranium, which we have in large quantity.
What struck me by surprise was the fact that China actually had civilian nuclear technologies mature enough for export.

They are actually looking at miniaturising nuclear reactors to improve efficiency and flexibility by replacing one large reactor with modularised smaller reactors.
