China CZ-2C rocket launch FAILED on Aug 18 2011

Today, China's CZ-2c rocket launch suffered failure.The sat(SJ11-04) on rocket have not entered into the fixed orbit. The cause is under investigation.

China had launched 3 rockets in six days( Aug 12--Paksat-1r, Aug 16--Ocean2, Aug 18--SJ11-04 )

But the last one, CZ-2c failed. Launch frequently may led to failure. There is no telling this failure will result in Space Station launch delay.SJ series are classified military satellites.

There some rumours that Sj11-04 is one of a global ballistic-missile launch infrared monitoring sat network(similar to American STSS system). SJ11 series have been launched 01,02 and 03 earlier.

CZ-2 rocket fail is very serious, CZ-2 rocket is a base of others,maybe it will led to all launches delay. And that spy sat is very impotant. Somebody will fall on hard time for this.
