China CZ-2C rocket launch FAILED on Aug 18 2011

it is a way to success, so why dont you guys have the same attitude towards India when one of our rockets fail ? double standards ?

There are something so called success rates, and launch frequency. There are 20 launches on schedule this year! 15 launches took place last year!

How many did Indian last year?what about success rates?

CZ-2 rocket fail is very serious, CZ-2 rocket is a base of others, maybe it will led to all launches delay. And that spy sat is very impotant. Somebody will fall on hard time for this.

You construct an hypothetical story, possibly reading from unsubstantiated western proganda sites.

Then start analyzing as if all data was true. What the hell?

Nothing has failed. Relax.

There are only 2 possibilities: 2 launches and 2 success, or else SJ11-04 is also doing great along with the first two.

All's perfectly well.

Have you just come from Mars?

Can you read Chinese characters?

JIUQUAN, Gansu, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) -- China's experimental orbiter SJ-11-04, which was launched by a Long March II-C rocket Thursday, failed to enter the designated orbit due to a malfunction of the rocket.

The rocket experienced malfunction during the flight following its launch from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center at 5:28 p.m. Beijing Time in northwest Gansu Province.

The specific cause of the failure is being analyzed.

A 6% fail rate is considered occasional error. A 30% fail rate is considered design error.

And 100% fail rate is considered a ballistic missile.

I bet the third launch was actually a space missile and innovative orbits were being tested.

Unfortunately, law forbids any country to build orbital weapons.

Let me guess...! Their is a difference between frequent failures and random one off failure :drag:

When India fails, everyone laughs, when China fails everyone says they will learn from their mistakes.

and on the other hand, Pakistan have never launched a rocket.

There is a difference in constant failures and occasional ones. This single CZ 2C rocket has had 34 launches with 33 successes and 1 failure. That is more than India's entire space launch history and with a far better record of 97% success rate.
