Who is Guan Jun? Why is he able to earn trillions at tender age of 30s, and own the biggest chunk of HNA? And how was HNA a formerly state own enterprise become the private property of this obscure guy?

The New York-based charity owns 29.5 percent of HNA, with China-based Hainan Province Cihang Foundation holding 22.75 percent.

And Hainan Airline is now an USA company.
