GUAM is not safe. If sino~usa war were to break out,Guam,as long as alL USA bases to the west of Hawie would easily be destroyed by PLA in hours.

Technically speaking,all Usa soilders on JAPAN,S.KOREA And GUAM are actual hostages of PLA in all~full war btw china and USA.,while Pla firepower can easily cover those area in conventional wars.

How old is this map?

as I stated earlier, the map was made during the Qing, 18-19 century, taken from China and now displayed in a german museum. I can provide you the address of the museum. just let me know if you want to visit it by chance.

In our institution in Taiwan, we have large world maps and each has China at the center. Our textbooks have similar maps.

That's how we view the world. China at the center of the world and rest of the continents are spread here and there.
