If you are talking about Germany for being more technologically advanced and/ as being efficient in compare with China then you have failed to grasp the current reality, as at some point in the past that might have been the suitable description for Germany, for generations its been falling more and more to the direction of stagnation. Eventhough It might be true that Germany is still the most efficient power in western europe.

我在德国呆的时间够长了，现在拿德国跟中国比是看不起中国，当然国人历来倾向自卑，尤其是那些对国外了解不足的

跟德国人打交道多了也时常谈中国的事情，尤其是在办事效率方面，我向来会提到中国腐败以及资源浪费问题，办事9黑1白（其实我也经常夸大），但是就算如此羡慕中国的也大有人在（不是生活而是成绩与机遇），过分一点的说法拿中国与德国比就像拿吃苦与等死做对比。（虽然可能是安乐死）

I saw this picture from Leveragedbuyout. I believe, when the most bottom Chinese workers get more education and expertise, their output per capital will be shockingly insane because we are more hardworking.

Chinese are one of the most educated people so i don't think education is an issue. Wait until China's technology become more advance then you will see real output. This is a taste of what's to come.

机遇倒是。。。到底还是国家人力太便宜，老外来也不好创业啊，门槛也不低。。应该还是享受中国廉价人力提供的各种服务的吧。。。颐指气使。。。
