Webby you can get HTC wildfire touch screen ... I think it could be bought in 6000 to 7000 PKR 60 to 70 USD ... My friend has purchased from OLX same fone in very good condition in 4500 PKR ..........

nd i guess i'll too go in range b/w 10000-20000INR

If u spend a little more u can get tje note1 for 21500 (prices have been slashed) or else I wud suggest the grand or the xperia ion.
