Senior Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan lost Punjab’s provincial assembly seat from Taxilla’s PP-7 to Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate Siddiq Khan after a recount in six polling stations of the constituency, an English daily reported.

as i think he fought on 4 seats, 3 on noora league ticket and 1 independent.

311 is around 0.25% of total votes of both candidates. So it can tilt either way based on the counting. But whats not sure is that is it merely recounting or it also includes rejections on technical grounds as well. Probably, CH Nisar will also go for re-recounting thus it is still not certain which way the things go since the margin is almost negligible. In the mean time, congratulations to PTI for winning this seat.
