Two Californians Charged With Hate Crime For Painting Over BLM Mural

2020 has become the year Americans are fired for being related to unpopular people, having dissenting opinions, or daring to utter the words, “all lives matter.” Now, an act of opposing Black Lives Matter is a hate crime.

Californians Nichole Anderson and David Nelson were charged with “three misdemeanor counts, including a hate crime” on Tuesday for painting over a BLM mural, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.

The BLM mural was painted in front of the courthouse on July 4, and soon after, the two began to paint over the letters with black paint.

“We must address the root and byproduct of systemic racism in our country. The Black Lives Matter movement is an important civil rights cause that deserves all of our attention,” Contra Costa County DA Diana Becton said, according to the statement. “We must continue to elevate discussions and actually listen to one another in an effort to heal our community and country.”

The defendants face up to one year in prison.

It will be an absolute horror show...

Crazy to think just how bad things have gotten here in the states when it comes to social-cohesion. You'd be totally forgiven for thinking that America is in a civil-war right now (figuratively speaking) given all the bad-blood and needless violence that has been brought onto our cities. Sad thing is that many are simply assuming that a "hot-war" of sorts will eventually befall the United States no matter what. This upcoming election will be so over the-top intense in terms of tension with all that's gone on, that I'm seriously considering about buying more ammunition and guns if thing start to fall-apart even more. Although I live in a general red-area with competent local governance, you never really know how things are going to turn out.

The left has gone from left, to far left and now many of the left are just Ult-Left or total radical leftists militants hell-bent on hurting whomever they choose, especially if their political and social views don't align with their own.

Can't tell you just how many people I've seen get openly harassed, beaten, killed over simple politics. I thought we're supposed to be a "first-world" nation. Not some third-world unstable mess of a country.
