1 million is a mathematical eventuality given the population of the 2 countries.

how many Indians surrender India every year?

officially India has no borders and no proven citizens due to recently passed laws. technically these 1.1 million people have more claim to land in India than 95 percent of stateless indians waiting for big enough data space to store their identities.
